上海市奉贤区洪运路-国际高中(全职,办工签)

母语白Director of Studies外教1名,本科及以上学历,5年以上学科教学经验,至少1年以上高中A-level课程管理经验,坐班,工作时间周一-周五40小时/周(课时不超过12小时),周末双休,薪资税前28-35K/月,提供住宿补贴,寒暑假带半薪休假,机补面议,8月中旬到岗。     具体职责如下:                                                                                                       

 1) Management Duties

• Implementation of the school academic daily  affairs under the instruction and guidance of  school leadership (Academic Vice Principal & Principal)
• Making all policies and expectations clear for teachers
• Supervising teacher attendance, professionalism, paperwork, and overall duties.
• Student management: working with department of student affairs and homeroom teachers to handle disciplinary issues 
• Extra curriculum Activity: work together with student affairs office to engage  in all kind of student’s extracurricular activities (ECA) and organize faculty staff to take part in the ECA 
• Completing DOS paperwork for designated supervisors and write DOS monthly report to CAVCUK.
• Coordinating classroom observations for the purpose of teacher evaluation and development
• Providing clear feedback, action plans, and supplementary training for teachers
• Facilitating regular staff meetings
• Syllabus proceedings and coverage
• Moderation of subjective assessments to ensure fair grading
• Organizes all faculty members to participate in all school activities such as formal center events 
•  Partaking student’s recruitment activities and marketing events, mainly on weekend school open days and school holiday as well

2) Leadership Duties
• Working with the school leadership to implement and adapt general policies for the school.
• Providing teachers with a model of excellent teaching and teamwork
• Meeting regularly with teachers individually to discuss class issues, center issues, professional development, and offer support
• Work to maintain positive morale & professionalism for the academic team and help teachers connect with resources when they need assistance
3) Teaching Duties
• Teaching Economics/ESL classes
• Teaching workload will not be more than 12 lessons a week
